Glitch!

Ive purchased nearly all ur games, and love them! Im especially a fan of the Runaway series. However, theres a glitch which is keeping me from being able to continue to play the game. And its right in the beginning! :(
Theres no option to retrieve Ottos goggles from the quicksand. Both hotspots give the same response, "look" or "touch" quicksand. Regardless of which hotspot I click, or which option I choose, he doesnt actually grab a branch and get the goggles. He refuses to touch the quicksand! So lame.
Please, I beg u, fix this! I will immediately change my rating, as I normally love ur games. Thank u!!
